Location:

I work with clients who reside throughout Washington State via Telehealth. I enjoy meeting with local clients at my cozy yurt on Bainbridge Island.

Payment options:

My rate is $150 a session for individual therapy and $160 a session for couples therapy. I have limited sliding-scale spots available to clients in need of financial assistance.

Couple therapy

While working with couples I utilize a blend of emotionally focused therapy (EFT) and Gottman Method principles, both empirically validated therapeutic modalities. Through the implementation of these methods, I support couples in repairing attachment injuries (an abandonment or a betrayal of trust), and forming safe and secure connections.

I also work with couples in the development of effective communication through the implementation of non-violent communication skills and Gottman Method interventions. I believe that communication is a foundational principle of a healthy relationship and that couples can often quickly experience increased relational satisfaction by making simple changes in how they communicate with one another.


Family therapy

My work with families is rooted in systems theory, taking generational patterns and cultural factors into consideration throughout the process of case conceptualization and treatment planning. I implement concepts from emotionally focused family therapy, Bowenian theory, and structural family therapy into my work and believe that secure attachment is important throughout the family system.

I support families in the development of effective communication skills, the establishment of healthy and appropriate boundaries, and the cultivation of familial peace and security.


INdividual therapy

In my work with individuals I use a variety of modalities, including narrative therapy, solution focused therapy, mindfulness based CBT, and the Satir method. I view all clients from a systemic perspective and my treatment plans are both collaborative and reflective of my holistic approach.

I support clients in developing healthy self-talk, an increased sense of self-worth, and the cultivation of healthy boundaries. I believe the wholeness is achieved through the integration of mind, body, and spirit and that issues such as depression and anxiety are best treated with a holistic approach.
